1 Large container of Fresh Baby Spinach
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1-1/2 cups sliced strawberries
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup canola oil
1 shallot, minced
1/3 cup of sugar
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons white sesame seeds
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Combine the baby spinach, almonds and strawberries and gently toss together.
Combine the dressing ingredients and whisk until combined. Allow to sit for 30 minutes. Mix again just before dressing salad. Serve immediately.
