I’ve had the privilege of being surrounded with people from all walks of life, so I learned to enjoy all types of food early in life. With Brazilian, Argentine, and Italian blood running through my veins, it’s no wonder I enjoy rich and flavorful foods. Much of what (or who) inspires me are my family and friends. The time we share together is precious to me and you can bet we always eat good! Throughout the years I’ve enjoyed recreating family recipes and now keep a journal so I can pass them down to my daughter. My journal keeps growing as I test out new recipes with my own family. This is what my blog is all about… I get bored of eating the same foods over and over. If this is you and you are stuck in a cooking rut, try something different! Don’t be afraid to experiment with new products and to think outside the box. I hope my recipes inspire you with each passing season.
I love the opportunity to experiment with different ingredients and products every season. Most of my food is prepared with organic or hormone free products whenever possible. To read more information about the advantages of organic food, go to http://www.organicfoodinfo.net/.
I would love to receive your feedback, comments, and questions. I invite you to leave a comment on my posts or you can email me @ [email protected]
Happy Cooking and God Bless!
